- Due Diligence, Evaluation of companies and securities: Within the framework of the listing on stock exchange, an acquisition of shares, within the framework of total or partial sale of assets;
- Legal Appraisal of contributions: it is about appreciating the values of the contributions in the start-up capital of the companies or following its increase in order to avoid all overvaluation or undervaluation and therefore to preserve the interests of others partners.
